Root Int2sd guidance

Can anyone point me to a really simple guide and walk through to implement Int2sd on my Desire?

I'm going to flash a fresh rom, and would like to do this at the same time.

I'm rooted and have 4ext touch recovery.

Also how do I remove unwanted system apps from the rom?
 
If you are S-Off (most 4Ext users are) then you can simply uninstall unwanted system apps after flashing. I use Titanium Backup for this, but you can just delete the apk, clean the dalvik cache, and it's done.

Otherwise, edit the ROM zip before flashing, removing apks you don't want. You can do this on your SD card using Astro, though that's very slow, otherwise there are apps on PC/Mac/Linux you can use to do this on your computer.

Can't help with Int2sd - never used it.
