Apps Intel Virtualization Technology disabled - can't run emulator

I'm having some issues running emulators due to VT-x supposedly not being supported:
  1. Standard error at launch: emulator: ERROR: x86 emulation currently requires hardware acceleration! Please ensure Intel HAXM is properly installed and usable. CPU acceleration status: HAX kernel module is not installed!

  2. Okay, sure. Tools --> Android --> SDK Manager: Intel x86 Emulator Accelerator (HAXM installer), rev 5.5 --> Installed

  3. ...extras\intel\Hardware_Accelerated_Execution_Manager>intelhaxm-android.exe This computer does not support Intel Virtualization Technology (VT-x). HAXM cannot be installed.

  4. Check BIOS --> Enabled.

  5. Run Securable.exe - 64 bit; Hardware DEP = YES; Hardware Virtualization = Yes

  6. Disable Hyper-V: I'm running Windows 10 Home, so Hyper-V isn't available and therefore cannot be disabled in Windows Features.
PC Info:
AMD FX-4300 Quad @3.8GHz; x64

Thanks!
