My intercept has the wrong email address entered into it. I dont know how this happened, but it this email address is the one that it chose to use for syncing apps and doing all sorts of smart phone stuff. (market place, for one) Ive never even heard of this email address and I can't do anything on my phone because of it! I can't get my real gmail account to use instead. My phone said to delete/get ride of this wrong email address I must reset my phone to factory settings. Does it erase all pictures and contacts? It has me worried! Please help!

Unfortunately factory reset is the only way to reset the gmail. It will erase EVERYTHING in the phone. Anything in your sd will NOT be affected. You should backup all of your stuff (photos, contacts, apps, etc.) to your SD and then perform the factory reset.
