Help intercept samsung 910 audio

Anyone know about the samsung intercept 910 from virgin mobile (sprint)?
I have taken videos 3mins and when I send the videos via yahoo email
or gmail the video transfers but without any audio. Can someone please
tell me why it is doing this? Would this problem "no audio with video"
upon sending be with my samsung android intercept?
I have tried over and over again. I have made sure the sound is up.
But I have not updated my phone can this be the problem?
I'm lost on how to get audio sound transferred with the videos.
I would appreciate any input to this problem.

Moved your post over here to the Intercept forum.

Do your vid files end in 3gp? If so, then the player on the other end is having an issue and the audio will be embedded in the video file. In such a case, play with VLC player, it's free at VideoLAN - Official page for VLC media player, the Open Source video framework!

Also suggest just transferring a video file to your PC via USB (it'll be on your SD card somewhere under the DCIM folder). If it plays ok on your PC (again, may need VLC) then the problem's as I suggest, just a player issue.

If not, you'll need to get more help from an Intercept owner hereabouts.
