Interesting article comparing TOS limits

That's rather eye-opening. It's highly unlikely AT&T would start trying to prohibit people from using Netflix or YouTube at this time as to do so would be economic suicide. As the article points out, however, AT&T is laying the groundwork for possible legal challenges and changes down the road. They can simply start restricting things and point to the contract when customers complain. If Sprint or Verizon did the same, customers could likely get out of the contract as the company would be changing the terms.

Chalk this up as another reason I would never sign up with AT&T.
