Interesting info ... And t' think, I've been by that building a time or two and never imagined.I found this about the building: Yes, the building located at 44 Page Street in San Francisco still exists and remains standing, though it no longer functions as the Druid's Temple. Built around 1912 to house the New Druid Temple, it has served as a "funky old building" hosting various nonprofit organizations, such as the Western Alliance of Arts Administrators (WAA) in the late 1990s, notes the Western Arts Alliance.
The latest information I was able to find was a short history of how the original temple burned and the financial situation at the time and the building of the building cited in the above quoted article. It wraps up with their remaining obligation on the new property in 1913. They were there but I didn't find any evidence of a lodge 69 or where they might have gone. From what I've read, the Grand Grove of the Druids built the building in question and Lodge 69 is an entity that likely paid the Druids to host the dance in one of the building's dance halls.
Following my best guess... I left a note on the Californiadruids.org site. We wait and see. Thanks for the idea Chief. It's been a fun quest
