Interesting Problem.

I got a new SD card today, so I formatted it, and then went to the old SD and tried to copy stuff over. Now my phone won't pick up my MP3s or ringtones or notification sounds. None of it... the odd thing is these were all on the main phone's HD, not the SD. And no I didn't format the wrong one, I did it via the phone it's pretty clearly labeled.

Is there any way to re-sync data on the phone with what's on the HD?

You can just plug it in via USB cable and enable it as a disk drive.
