Help Intermittently lose WLAN connection

All other devices in my house get a good stable connection the router, but my phone appears to intermittently disconnect. Each time this happens I need to go into phone settings and turn Wifi connection off and then on again. After doing this the connection is immediately restored after a about 5 seconds. Very frustrating. How can I resolve this?

Does this happen when you are sat next to the router? can you connect to other wireless networks without similar problems? if so i think it would be an idea to change your routers port.
