Internal memory 0.0b.... help.

i have seen a lot of people have this problem but have not manage to find a solution.

Problem : Internal memory shows full even there are no apps installed.

this happened after I loaded the titanium backup. the system shutdown and when it restarted I lost all installed apps including titanium backup. I am now not able to install any apps. All settings are lost if i restart the device. Unable to flash any rom using rom manager as settings are lost on reboot. is there any solution to this. the only thing i can think of is updating the tablet through the computer. Can some one guide me. appreciate the help in advance.

its M901 thats what it says... some chinese brand. It has a allwinner a13 processor.
