Internal memory almost full, external memory hardly any memory

[Android Question]

I already tried moving all apps to the memory card but it still shows that my internal memory is full and external memory is empty how do I fill my memory card rather than filling my internal memory and slowing my phone.However when I connected the phone to my computer,how do I transfer internal to external memory because I cant tell on the pc whats internal or whats external so my query is how do I tell on the pc what is external and whats external???
