i have tried dalvic cache...and other cleaners....but result is still same?

Never used titaniumb backup before to move apps. Have you tried force2sd? download it from the market... and link2sd?
Are you in stock rom? If not, maybe you have a2sd support, and you can extend your internal ext memory to your sd.
Cheers

How many apps do you have? if you have a lot, then your internal memory will definitely be consumed because of "secured files" even if your apps are in the SD. I'm not a developer or a programmer, but this is what i put together from opening each and every folder i found while tinkering with my phone when it's connected to my computer via USB.

What the phone does is it keeps "cache" files in your internal memory. On my rooted ace, the folder is called "secured files." I'm guessing these files are 1 or both of the following:
1.) User files like saved data for games, music files for those "relax" apps, or simple data files for memo/organizer apps.
2.) loader scripts which makes the apps load faster even if their installed on your SD.

I've had the same problem before with my internal mem dropping to 10mb...then i found out about these and uninstalled some not-so-important files like Tank Hero and Music Therapy (Relaxation). ANd my internal mem noticeably increased in size. now i have around 40mb free.

Hope it helps! :)
