Help Internal memory loss

After hard reseting my Sumsung S3, my phone's internal memory was reduced to 5.3 Gb from the standard 16 gb.
Kindly help is needed to get my original 16 Gb back in my Samsung galaxy S3.

Maybe use a file explorer to see what's using the space.

You'll only get 11.35GB as that's all the space there is for you
