Internal memory out of space?

Hi All
cannot install apks of any vague size , get the message " Out of space!"
I dont understand this a new flash of Neat Rom Lite and have hardly installed anything , Interanl memory is 1.70GB free of 1.97GB
Tried wiping cache and davlik cache but still no go
No point using Apps to SD as there is nothing to move!?
Any ideas ?

I moved this to the All-Things-Root area since you are running a new rom. You might want to check with the rom dev's to see if it's something with the way their rom installs.
