So I had my phone for 4 months and the internal storage is getting low I tried transferring days to my SD card but I can't find the folder to move it to. I looked in the folder labeled"files" and I still can't. I'm not sure what is using up all the space idts not the messages because I deleted all of it. Help please

What phone do you have?
If it is running Froyo or higher you can go to manage applications in settings and then you can move some of them to the SD card by clicking on them and choosing the option to move it to the SD card. This should help free up some of your internal memory.
Also you can try clearing cache on apps, uninstalling apps you don't use, deleting old texts and the phone log. All of which should help with the internal memory shortage.
