internal memory to sd card

how do i change the camera on my phone from saving on the
internal memory to sd card
 
Depends on which phone you have but if there's an option it will be under Settings in the camera app.

Note that writing to the SD card will have an impact on performance (longer time between shots, much longer time between taking videos) as SD is a lot slower than internal storage.
