Help internal memory

i am new to android and just got my xperia x10 just want to know how do i know what is saved to internal memory, phone comes with 1gb but mine is know showing 220mb free, i am sure android operating system is on it but how do i see what else is on internal memory

i only have my x10 for about two weeks. when i start the advanced task killer app, it shows i only have 150mb free with no apps running...hmmm

how is this possible that it uses up 800mb+

anyone cares to comment on this?

i think that those 150mb free are the RAM ... not sure ; why ? cause every time i close apps ,when i return to task killer i get more MB

Alle the apps installed goes to the internal memory. The OS as well of course. I've got 370MB internal memory free and I've got only a few small apps installed so I guess Android and all the crap that comes with the phone and can't be uninstalled take up a fare amout of space.
