internal memory

ok guys, hope someone can help. I know where to check the amount of internal storage but where can I check what's taking up the space,music apps etc. I've deleted some apps that I don't use but wanted to remove any clutter. when I was updating my apps this mworning I got a message about not enough internal memory. all help welcome

settings -> applications -> manage applications

u can see how much internal memory each app is using and even uninstall them from there
 
thanks, I already knew about that but that won't tell me if there's any music or videos in the internal memory
