Internal phone storage space

I am getting internal memory full messages with requests to uninstall programs or delete data
 
You need to:

- clear caches for all of your apps
- un-install any apps you no longer use
- clear data for any apps you no longer use but can't uninstall

Also, get a file manager from the Play Store (I use one called File Manager) and use it to remove (or move to SD) any big files (e.g. video, MP3, photos etc) you no longer require.
