Help Internal Phone Storage

Hi guys,

I got a message saying that the new Firmware updates are available for my Wildfire, which I will download using WiFi when I get home. I noticed my phone only has 147mb of internal storage left, this doesn't seem like a lot to me and the update is 13mb. Is this normal?

I've downloaded a few apps from the Android Market and I'm guessing they are on the phone's internal storage space. Is there anyway I can put these apps onto the SD card?

My desire with no apps has 148MB.

Once you have android 2.2 (froyo) some apps can be moved to SD card. Also when you are on froyo there are other tricks that can move all apps to SD card.

Until then, there is nothing.

Will they release Froyo for the Wildfire do you think?

There is a custom wildfire froyo rom, i posted a thread for it on here if you fancy a look. It is based on the chinese wildfire froyo release.
