every time i install things it allways goes to ext sd whitch its getting full im having problems finding the app to move to internal sd

Are you sure it's not the other way around? Most people have a problem with internal storage filling up.
Unless you've installed an app that redirects installations, apps install to internal storage. If you've installed such an app either redirect it to where you want or, depending on the app, you can uninstall it.

i have not a clean install new rom tryied all of them they all go to ext sd card
