So i recently rooted my android 6.0 and i was trying to install an app as a system app using titanium backup pro after trying lucky patcher and had failed results. So after the system rebooted the phone was on lcd. Everything was opening and closeing and was very glitchy almost unusable. So i did a factory reset and did a restore with a recovery rom using twrp. So the phone booted up and everything was fine except now i cant download files or pictures from my browser it says no sd card. But i can take pics and they will save to my sd and i can access them. Some apps including pokemon go and scotia bank will not download from app store sometimes saying error 429. I can however download other small apps like cache cleaner and skype. I have tried a bunch of things with no results and cant seem to find my problem on google.
