Help Internal Storage Full

Help! I keep getting a Low Volume Space warning for my internal storage. When I first got my used Maxx there was no SD card so I was putting everything (mostly apps) on the internal storage.

What's the best way to explore and clean up my internal storage? I can't tell what's moveable or removable. Its a mess.
 
Get yourself an sd card and transfer your downloaded apps to it. Use the storage options in settings.
 
Thanks. I should have been clearer. I have a 32 gb SD card installed now and can't figure out which files to move and where they are. I've been to Settings>Storage but then I can't tell what's eating up all my space.

I should rephrase my question...

How do I move downloaded Apps from my Razr Maxx internal storage to external SD card? I can't figure out how to do this from the device? Do I need to mount it to a computer and move them that way? This Internal Storage Full message is DRIVING ME CRAZY!!! :banghead:
 
I haven't really messed with it much, but in the Settings>Manage Apps list I've seen move to SD card as an option for some of the apps.

Edit: you need to open an app in that list to see the option.

I can understand with the OP is saying. When I go into Settings -> apps -> and pick the app I want to transfer it only gives me the option to "move to internal storage" or "move to phone". I cannot see where it gives me the option to move it to external sd card.
 
I don't believe with ICS you can use apps like "app2sd" as you did before. The internal storage is where all your apps should be install vice "phone storage" How big is your internal storage? If you have movies or music move that to the SD card as ICS will still allow access to that.
 
Go to 'system settings/storage' near bottom is option to 'manage internal storage' move files from internal storage to removable SD card.
It only allows you move certain items though such as music or pictures.
