Internal storage missing on cyanogen 10

Hi complete newbie here when it comes to installing custom roms on my lucid. I successfully installed cyagenmod 10. (Version B3--CM10-20130424) All is well however from what I can tell only my system memory and external sd card is being recognized. Apps I install are taking up system memory fast without having the option to move them to internal memory I'm loosing too much memory to fast. is there an easy way to fix this or should I be using a more updated stable version of cyanogenmod 10 ? if i'm not mistaken, internal memory is actually the external vica versa. download a root browser app, I personally use fx browser, but there is es browser, astro is a good one as well

Thanks...I just installed the fx browser. It definitely gives a better perspective of the file system
