internal storage not work

What do you mean by "internal storage not working"? If that were literally true I don't think the phone could function at all, so you presumably mean that some particular app isn't able to use it, or that you don't have space to install more apps, or something like that. But we'll need a more detailed description in order to work out what is wrong.

So if you could post again with a full description of what your problem is, that will help us to diagnose and advise.
