The lucid has 4gb of storage and a3 is asking for an sd card when I download files or take pictures,the problem is I don't have one,or money to get one.

CM10 mounts the internal storage on sdcard1 and the external SD card on sdcard0, so the external SD card is used as /sdcard. This is due to its origins on the Spectrum which had no dedicated internal storage partition. Many applications, including the default camera/browser, will therefore want the external SD card to store data.
Revision B1 will bring a big improvement to internal storage, but as a workaround for now you can go into the browser and gallery settings menus and select the /storage/sdcard1 folder for storage until the problem gets fixed.
