Root Internal storage space running low after rooting and deleting unwanted apps

I am currently using a Samsung Galaxy GT-I8190 (S3 Mini) running Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2 and I rooted my phone in order to get more internal memory to my disposal. (FYI, i also have the Recovery-Clockwork-Touch-6.0.2.7 on my phone when I rooted it)

It worked, but only for a little while. Then the memory started getting full and pops up a "permanent" notification to say that the storage space is running low.

I have an app installed by the name of "Clean Master" and I frequently clean the "junk" files (cache & residual files) on and clean it at the advanced side too, so there isn't any unwanted apps or empty files laying around on my device. I also do a 'memory boost' to get an extra bit of RAM, but nothing helps to clear out the internal memory space.

I also cleared out my clipboard of everything I had copied and I un-rooted my phone to see if it would help, but the memory just got fuller again so then I rooted my phone once again to take away the unwanted apps.

I also have a 4GB external memory card in my device and I've moved all the apps (part of them that could move) to the memory card, but no positive results to my liking as yet.

What can I do to clear up the memory? Because I can't even update my current apps or download any other apps because of the lack of space.

My Gmail or Google Drive apps don't even want to refresh because of this storage problem.

Probably uninstall some of your apps, clear your Downlaods folder, etc. "Memory boosters" for RAM are largely placebo's. Cache/Dalvik Cache/System apps are all on separate partitions and do not affect your user storage space.
 
@dibblebill - I deleted all the system apps that I never used and all the apps I have on my phone is what I use on a regular basis.
I only have 27 downloaded apps on my phone at the moment and I have this phone for just over a year now and I had loads more apps and games than this on my phone even before it was rooted and all the system apps were removed.
AND my downloads file on the device is always empty because I move everything onto my external memory card.
It doesn't make any sense to me...
 
Make sure you have a working Nandroid backup that you can re-install and then I'd use Link2SD to,"Freeze" all your self installed user apps and re-boot and then re-enable each one and see the effects.This might help you diagnose the problem.

Another very simple thing that can work is to shut the device down and remove the battery for a minute and then restart.This can help clear the system.

@PaulS - I did a factory reset on my device and I've learned that rooting your device makes even LESS MEMORY available to you once you have rooted your phone, that's why my device was running out of memory so quickly and unexpectedly.
Everything is working perfectly now and I'm, now, only using a fraction of what I've used when it was rooted.

I'm glad you have fixed it but I don't think the original problem was directly related to,"Rooting" the phone.If it were there would be thousands of people,myself included,reporting memory problems.
I suspect something got munged in the O/S and the reset helped fix that.

My GT5830i only has a small internal memory but I have presently installed(some frozen)148 apps/processes and no memory problems :)

Who told you that? Rooting has zero direct effect on available storage space.
