Help Internal Storage

RobtR

Lurker
My SGN9 has filled up internal storage after uploading a lot of GoPro video. No problem I thought, I have a large capacity SD card, mostly empty, I will just move files. Except native File Manager and Samsung My Files do not seem to find all the files. Is there a better file manager out there? Where should I be looking?

And sorry, I know this post is ambiguous. I just hope some maven can cope with my inarticulate plea and point me in the right direction.

Thanks
RobtR

As I go through the files listed in the two different file managers they do not come anywhere close to being a size to fill the internal storage.

Here is what I am dealing wit, the attached. I have moved every data file or group of files of any size to SD card. Yet IS shows almost full. Am I facing reset and reload 100% apps? Ugh!

How did you upload all those GoPro video files, and more importantly, where did you copy them to? They should still reside in the same folder(s) you originally copied them into.

Thanks to all responders. I still only have less than 1 gig free internal storage. But I have been tied up with other things so have not worked more. I will be back when I solve, or do not solve the problem. Thanks for help and interest.
