I'm trying to clean some internal storage space and I came upon a whole source that each item says file corrupted. Is their any way to rescue these files?

So there are no longer corrupted files anywhere. Here is the message now. And I've found this in my folders & in apps

those look like temp folders and files that are create for cache. all you need to do is wipe cache and they are gone.....however they may return as what app is running will need it to dump data and info there temporarily.

i would not worry about them.
