Help Internally capture audio?

[Android Question]

I want to know if there's a way I can record/ capture the audio that is being played through my phone.

Like if I'm streaming music or watching a vid, can I internally record the sound in stereo and save it as an mp3?

Is there any other way of doing this?
Without resorting to analog means?
Maybe a Bluetooth capture??
