Root [International] back to android 4.1.2

Hey,

I have a rootet SGS3 and i've flashed android 4.2.1 (leak) on it.
I want to flash a custom kernel but there are no ones for android 4.2.1 .
So i would like flash android 4.1.2 to my phone.
I've tried many versions but I didn't find any version which ran on my SGS3.

Is there anybody who knows which andoid i have to flash?

I'm downloading an unbranded 4.1.2 firmware for the gt-i9300. I hope it works :)
I think the stock rom is great but i would like to flash other Kernels like: Siyah, speedmod or phenomenal Kernels. So I can get a better performance or better Battery life.
Syah would be a great one :) but it doesn't work with 4.2.1 :/
Do you know other great Kernels which work with android 4.2.1 without flashing a custom rom?
 
Nah mate sorry, ive never used a 4.2 rom. Siyah is very good combined with the STweaks app :thumbup:
 
There won't be any kernels for 4.2 until it gets officially released as until that happens Samsung won't release the source codes.
 
Ok... this version didn't work :(
Phone didn't boot. He was showing the Samsung Logo for hundrets of time...

Can somebody please send me a URL with the version which works?

no i didn't reset to factory or wipe caches...
I'll try that.

What is the country of the firmware for?

Edit: Ok, I've tried to wipe caches but i didn't help
 
The country of origin doesn't really matter, any i9300 firmware should work on any i9300 regardless of country. There aren't really any major differences. Maybe different bloatware and modem.

I did factory reset...
I've lost all my screenshots and so on but that's not that bad...
