Root [International] Battery will not charge past 85%

Hi

I just got an s3 and rooted with neatrom. Over the last few days noticed it will not charge past 85%.

Anyone know what might be causing this to happen?

Could be the battery software needs 're-calibrating'.

I don't know if there's any factual basis for this, but there are those who believe you should periodically - or maybe just once or twice - allow the battery to run flat, then re-charge it fully in order to allow the software to adjust its calibration.

Are you running the jkay mod with a theme by any chance? I have the same set up with neat ROM, jkay and the Illusion theme and a bug in the theme means that the battery icon displays 85% when fully charged. I've had to turn the battery icon off in the jkay deluxe settings app and just use the show battery percentage until the theme gets updated.
