International calls

I just noticed today when I made an international call there was some background noises like a really loud beep and this occurred evey few seconds during the call. I asked the person I was talking to and he didn't hear the sound so it was definitely from my phone. I have no problems with domestic calls so I don't think it's the phone itself. I think the noises are coming from Google voice cause I make international calls through them. Anyone else noticed this too?

Google Voice is always a little sketchy. If you are calling over Wifi it should be somewhat fine. Calling over Data though is pretty rough, there can be a lot of noise just because the connection isn't that great.
