Root [International] Cant answer phone calls

After Unrooting my phone, relocking the bootloader, flashing stock RUU and upgrading to sense 6 all my issues seem to be resolved.
The main issues I had when rooted were that my phones microphone kept mumbling so people couldn't hear me properly, and I thought that this was a hardware issue at the time as my phone is refurbished.

The only problem now is that I cant answer phone calls.

When I try to slide the green hone icon up it moves only slightly and then moves back down almost as if i have let it go before sliding it all the way. Therefore I think its a problem with the touch.

I was wondering if there is another setting I can change to answer the phone such as just touching the icon rather than sliding. The auto answer when you put the phone to your ear doesn't work for me also.

I wen't into developer options and enabled show touches and pointer location. I can slide up and around the screen with no problems so I am a bit confused as to why it won't let me answer.

Thanks in advance for the help.

since you were rooted, it makes sense to keep your discussing in this section.

on a completely stock, un-tampered device, answering calls is no issue.

if you have attempted a factory reset and you are still nor able to answer calls, there may be issues in the files you flashed back to, etc., hence keeping this discussion in the section.

verify your sim card is in proper working order
verify you can access the internet through your DATA (not wifi) connection. try hitting up youtube app and test

verify your account is in proper working order.

these steps may not help at all but just want to keep the discussion with everyone on the same page.

obvious question, were you able to answer calls when rooted? if you were and then after unrooting you are not able to, there could be an issue in the Rom (even stock) or the a physical issue with the screen.

remove any screen protectors and cases if you have any, and uninstall any widget lockers or launchers to make sure nothing is interfering.

Hey thanks for the response.
I don't think you understood what I was refering to, its actually answering the phone calls.
The motion of dragging the phone icon is what the problem is. If someone calls me there are no problems what so ever.
Sim & wifi all working fine I just need a alternative way of answering calls instead of sliding.
My device is factory reset and untampered and I could answer when rooted.

Ok I think it might be the new interface as when i lide the call icon to the right it answers but won't let me slide up.
