International code phone number problem

Hi,
Have a problem as follow.

I have a contact with the following number - example number(+22)12345678

I created this contact with this number +2212345678 till now ok.

When I receive an SMS from this number and make a reply the reply number is showing (8)12345678.

Why is not showing +2212345678?

I deleted the contact, the sms thread, recreated the contact but as still same.
