Root [International] Flash on notification?

I have the S4 on djembey nc9 KK ROM.

Is it possible to get this feature somehow?

hongman... just to give anyone who is currently on the DjeMBeY NC9 ROM a head start... did you install the Full or Modified version of NC9?

The reason I ask is that the Modified version has Wanam installed and I thought that that might serve your purpose.

I have the full version but I have installed Wanam myself, but I don't see it as a mod option?
