I tried using light flow to get led light notification flashing for missed calls. I already had the sms popup app installed and i want to keep that app working for my sms notification and not light flow for sms, but now that i have light flow my led light wont flash when i get a text message, even though sms popup is still enabled. Is there a way to have light flow just for missed calls and have sms popup working for sms?

Yes, just open lightflow and go to 'Notifications' - then scroll down to 'SMS' and tap on it >remove the tick from 'Enable notification' and exit the app - done.
Have you enabled lighflow in Accessibility > Services? Another thing is that lightflow has it's own sound and pop-up notifications anyway and LED notifications are very comprehensive. Using an additional app for the same purpose is bound to cause problems as both will be trying to access system services at the same time. If you still can't get it to work side-by-side I'd recommend choosing one or the other.
