[International / GSM] Newly rooted

So I just rooted my phone and flashed CNA w/ franco kernel.

Haven't had a rooted phone in years and this is my first time doing ROMS.

I feel like I have lots of options now and lots of doors have been open but I don't know where exactly to begin.

Any tips or must dos now that I am rooted? Like are there things I can do right off the bat to increase performance and or battery life?

Now that you're rooted and have a custom rom, the first thing I recommend is purchasing TitaniumBackup Pro from the Play store. I also recommend perusing through the stickied threads in the GSM All Things Root section to re-familiarize yourself with things.

Most times any performance increases you will get will be in the kernels you can flash. Check around to see which one you might like best.

You can also check out the G-Nex ROM chart and TiBu (TitaniumBackup) links in my sig. ;)

Welcome to the dark side... help yourself to the plate of cookies over yonder on the All Things Root table. :p
