[International / GSM] rooting problems

hey, im trying to root my GSM Nexus using this guide:How to Root Galaxy Nexus! | GalaxyNexusRoot.com

the problem is when i try to run the fastbook unlocker it just keeps waiting for the device. When i go into device manager ive now got an exclamation mark, where before when the phone wasnt in fastboot mode i got the ADB interface.

what am i doing wrong?

sorted it myself, the samsung usb drivers werent working, so i tried the naked drivers and it worked
