Yes, I am using the OEM original Samsung extended 3000mAh battery with the proper battery housing cover. Although it adds a little bit of bulk it is still slim compared to other solutions and imho it is definitely worth it. I have pretty much everything you can care to use running all the time without resorting to turn off Wifi, e.g. when I leave home it is still on, Sync every account I have, Google (mail, calendar, Google+, Pictures, etc.), Evernote, Onenote, Quickoffice and so on and I still get over 24 hours with ouround 20-30% battery left. This is with an average screen-on time of between 1.5-just over 2 hours. Beforehand, I got around 14-15 hours, if I was lucky.

But as always, everyone to their own.

I had a 7000mAh ZeroLemon battery, and it was pretty awesome. Added a lot of bulk to the phone but I could get 2-3 days with 6-7 hours of screen time. For

Thanks guys, sounds encouraging. Believe it or not, I'm only just now moving up to an S3 from my S2, and am doing some pre delivery planning. Lost count of the times I flashed different roms on my S2, and hope to do the same on the S3.
Will be hanging around here pretty regularly, asking stupid questions, and generally being a nuisance, so see you soon.

+1 for the OEM Sammy 3000mAh battery. Hardly adds any bulk or weight, and for me is best solution (no way I was lugging some of the bigger monstrosities about). Not easy getting a case that fits though, I ended up going for Diztronic one as its a specific case for the Sammy battery. Not sure where you are but arrived pretty quick - 6 days from US to UK.

Sorry to go off topic, but I'll be here with you for a while! My friend just upgraded and gave me his s3 cause the digitizer was cracked. I fixed it last night so I will be here with you for at least 6 more months when I can upgrade lol
