Root [International] How to hide Albums in Gallery?

I'm trying to hide albums in the gallery of my galaxy S3 running Omega ROM v51 (4.3). Any help?

I'm not sure how to do it on a samsung rom but in my AOSP rom's gallery I can choose the different ways it groups the photos into albums - time, tags, albums, location etc and when I chose location my gallery turned into one huge gallery with no albums because I never have location saved with my photos.

Maybe you can also do this?

Just having a play with this...and I can find no way to hide an album from the Gallery app!!

I use Quickpic...much better than the stock apps.

In the album you want hidden add a file called .nomedia or get the gallery excluder app which does it automatically :thumb:

It's from a rom I used to use but just assumed it was available from the play store!?
