Root [International] How to set up my email bnot Gmail) icons

I have 2 Gmail accounts (one for work and one for home) and I would like to set them up on my Android 4.1.2 Smartphone device = a Samsung Note 2 LTE. Rather than access the two accounts via a single shortcut-icon, or via the Gmail icon, I would prefer to have 2 separate Email shortcut-icons (that is the "white envelope with the @ sign inside).

Ideally if I could rename the icons to be "Bill-Work" and "Bill-Home" that would be good and I want, for example, the "Bill-Work" email shortcut-icon to open only the message list of emails sent to the work email address.
This would hopefully give me better information on how many unread emails had arrived split into Work and Home.

I wonder if this is possible and, if so, how can I achieve it.

I do not know whether it is best to post this question here but in any event, any tips would be much appreciated.

Done, fixed, thanks. I now have exactly what I need - that is by adding the Shortcuts/ Widgets "Gmail Label" I get new icons that are like pictures of red key tag labels and when setting them up I rename them whatever I want - in my case one is Inbox-work and the other is Inbox-home.

When I click on Inbox-work I go immediately to the inbox emails addressed to my work email address.

Cheers
