Root [International] HTC ONE keeps rebooting and cannot access recovery mode

Hi guys, my HTC one keeps restarting and I've tried everything to get it to work. Is there anyway to back it up in HBOOT so I can then reset it? I really can't lose my data it on 3 btw.

If you had custom recovery you could but not with stock recovery. Factory reset will delete your data

I think it will be a repair then, all my precious data my phone won't even factory reset

how did the phone get in this condition ? and can you get to the bootloader screen ? (power + Vol down)

are you rooted ? custom recovery ?
can you post you results for
fastboot getvar all (minus serial/IMEI )
is your bootloader unlocked / relocked / locked ?

I'm stock and it says my bootloader is locked. I haven't tampered with my phone because I don't want to void the warranty

I still need the fastboot getvar all to determin what RUU you need

plug the phone into the PC
download this

extract it to your c:\
open the c:\fastboot folder
right click / command prompt here
type fastboot getvar all
right click / select all / copy
paste the results here minus serial no and IMEI

find out the correct RUU for you as stated previously.

leaving out your esn and imie will leave only general info about your phone. cid,mid,main version,etc. as was said,we are trying to help you.

Saurav, what model of phone do you have? That doesn't look like a HTC One (M7) to me.

My htc one m7 started giving an error. "Unfortunately, com.htc.android.mail has stopped". And it is restarted automatically after 1 minute. I tried a factory reset and now its stucked in the start screen giving the same error. And then restart after 1 minute.
