Hi guys, my HTC one keeps restarting and I've tried everything to get it to work. Is there anyway to back it up in HBOOT so I can then reset it? I really can't lose my data it on 3 btw.

I think it will be a repair then, all my precious data my phone won't even factory reset
It just suddenly turned itself off and yes I can get into boot loader and I've tried everything in that
I'm stock and it says my bootloader is locked. I haven't tampered with my phone because I don't want to void the warranty
I'm sorry, how do I get that (kinda new to this)
