Root [International] insufficient storage

Hi guys, I recently rooted my S3 and was very impressed with the results, but I was messing about trying to free up some internal space and without thinking I uninstalled rom manager and titanium backup. A bit later I realised I would need both apps so I went back to the market to re download and install them but am now getting an "insufficient storage available" error, despite having about 3 gig of available internal storage.

I'm running cyanogenmod 10. Advice please

That would have nothing to do with the insufficient storage message and considering that all talk of warez and piracy is banned here probably shouldn't be discussed again. Not a good way to start.

I just wiped the play store cache and that did the trick.
