If I root my phone, is there a profile app that will allow me to control screen lock and switch vibration on/off for text messages?

(Galaxy s3 with OS 4.1.2 in England, Vodafone)

There are plenty of apps that can achieve what you want, personally i use tasker for most of the things on my phone

Wow, you're jumping on all my posts really quickly! Is there anything a little simpler than tasker? I don't need to automate everything my phone will ever do! In fact, is there something that will do this that doesn't require rooting?
