Root [International] Moving Back ups from SD to External Card GT N7100

Help please! Noobie
My first attempt at rooting was succesful but getting a recovery on the device was more problematical. After reading several threads and visiting a few websites I managed to install ClockWork Mod Recovery v6.0.3.1.(couldn't get TWRP to work)
I then thought I'd try CWM 10.2 JB 4.3 which was easy enough( if you follow the instructions carefully, Back up EFS, Nandroid Back up........) but after using it for a while I realised I missed all the TWIZ stuff so went back to recovery and went back to the Stock ROM I was using and all went well.
My problem now is that I have hardly any memory left on my SD card?
1. Can I move the CWM back ups from SD card to EXT Card(Nearly 3.5GB, There might be duplicates?)
2. Can I move the EFS disc image file(although its only 20mb)?
3. Can't get any Apps2Sd apps to work?
4. What other files can I move or delete until I next decide to Back up or Flash rom?
Can this be done without causing conflicts or problems?
Any Help or advice would be appreciated.

Hi, as far as question 1. is concerned, yes, you can save your Nandroid backups to your external SD. Simply install Philz custom recovery which gives you the option to backup to your external SD.

To 2. - yes you can move it to your external SD or your PC. When needed, just copy it back to your original location.

Hi

To add more, you really should move your nandroid back ups and efs off your internal memory preferably to a pc because if you dont and have to factory reset for any reason you will lose them, just when you want them!
