Root [International] Native Android Calendar?

[Odaik]

Hello,

I am currently having issues with the calendar app that came pre-installed with my Galaxy S3. The issues relate to syncing with my Google Calendar.

Looking online, it would seem most references to syncing Google Calendars to those on Android devices are to some native Android Calendar app.

However, I cannot find such an app on my phone. The only calendar app I can find is Samsung's "S Planner".

Is this simply the calendar app native to Android but renamed? Or is it Samsung bloatware?

I wish manufacturers could offer phones with only the OS installed as opposed to having to deal with a crap load of their own software...

Would appreciate any advice.

Thanks,

Odai.

It's The Samsung calendar. It replaces the android calendar. It IS your calendar.

S Planner works well for me. What issues are you having? Are you rooted?
