Hello,

Please check first if you have the fastboot drivers correctly installed by typing: "fastboot devices" (without quotes).

You should see a serial listed if they are installed correctly.

If nothing appears, please install drivers and retry the operation.

Try restarting your device or use another USB cable - that helped me sometimes.

If you can, find another .zip - maybe this one is broken.

I'm not sure if you want to install another ROM or to upgrade your firmware (bootloader version) but if you want to upgrade your bootloader this is not the way to do it. If you want to revert to stock, download a RUU.exe file for your phone and install like any other app in Windows.

Let me know what's going on. :)

Just to clarify this, you want to revert to stock or just upgrade the firmware version?

Because... if you want to upgrade firmware you need to see and check this list.

If you want to revert to stock or install a newer stock ROM and unroot, you need to see this and this would be the latest RUU.exe for your device.
From the CID, I see that your device is from BrightstarUS.
If you can (have s-off) or want (you have to gain s-off), you can change the CID to 11111111 (supercid) and install ANY official RUU.exe (document yourself on this topic before doing it) and thus, evade the hassle of having to look for your specific model/region RUU.

By running a RUU.exe like the one provided above, you can also see WHY the upgrade/restore process fails (if it fails).

! Be careful and check the hboot versions before trying to do anything as it may cause damage.
