Root [International] Needing Help to fix a failed root

I have tried to root my Samsung Galaxy SIII GT-I9305 but i have failed and now i am stuck on the "Downloading Do not turn off target" screen, i followed this Guide

but after attempting the root i realized that i had used the wrong .tar.md5 file for the phone i have tried searching the web for solutions but no luck any help would be appreciated.

What happens when you pull the battery and boot the phone mate?

I would pull the battery as Funky says.

Reboot into recovery and see if you have got as far as having a custom recovery. If you have you may be able to just wipe Cach / Dalvik Cache and it may reboot.

If not, and you have a custom recovery, try re-flashing the custom ROM.

Failing that.......

Go to sammobile and find the original Samsung Rom for your phone and load that via odin.

Reboot it normally, to make sure it works...then flash it again.
