Root [International] Omega ROM, Launcher Help

Hello, so I flashed Omega ROM v51 (4.3) on my Galaxy S3

I have a question. How can I disable scrolling wallpaper on TouchWIiz Launcher? I tried
Omega Files -> Mod -> TW Launcher -> Disable Scrolling wallpaper -> Download -> Recovery -> Install Zip

However it doesn't work. It's still scrolling. Any help?

So after you downloaded the mod from Omega's kitchen did you flash the zip in recovery?

Yes, it doesn't work

Has the mod added any toggle switch in your settings menu?

I'm just guessing because I haven't used Omega in a long time.
