Root [International] Only have edge connection after flash

First of all i have to say that my english isnt perfect so there may be so mistakes in my text, the only reason i write my question in an english Forum is because the german ones cant answere my Question

So few day ago I had the Problem that my phone hadnt had any connection ( I couldnt phone anybody etc.) Fortunately i got my connection workin again by flashin an EMG4 Stock Firmware on my phone , via Odin

But now i've got an new problem. When i activate my internet i only got the worst connection (EDGE) but i'm sure i have enough internet left from Provider !
My IMEI is corrct
If it helps I'm from austria and im using the "3Network"

My Rooting permissions are gone since i flashed the EMG4 firmware on my phone

I Hope you can help and I'm looking forward to get a answer soon
PS:My phone is a Samsung Galaxy s3 (GT-I9300), if it helps
PPS:i I didn't flashed a modem , actuallay i dont know what this this ! In only put a file in the PDA section

your english is perfect dude.
I dont know anything about modems but i know its a piece of firmware that controls the radios (calls/internet) so thats maybe where your problem is :thumbup:
